Bio Ros Ben-Moshe
Ros is founding Director of LaughLife Wellbeing Programs, http://laughlife.com.au, a leading provider of positivity, resilience and wellbeing programs. She holds a Master of Public Health and Post Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion and is Adjunct lecturer at the School of Public Health at La Trobe University where she will be facilitating a world first “Laughter for Wellness” course. She is author of the critically acclaimed “Laughing at cancer – How to Heal with Love, Laughter and Mindfulness” (http://laughingatcancer.com) based on a series of journals she wrote following a shock diagnosis of bowel cancer at age 42. Ros’s book and laughter therapy research has featured in mainstream media and she has written for an extensive range of health and wellbeing publications as well as general media including The Huffington Post, Canberra Times and Wellbeing magazine. Ros is Ambassador for the digital CancerAid app and mentor for Bowel Cancer Australia’s peer/buddy program and Laughter Yoga Ambassador.
